If you already have a WooCommerce store and need a hand, Jezweb provides ad-hoc support for existing sites — even if your site wasn’t built by us.

What we can help with

Plugin troubleshooting and updates If your WooCommerce dashboard is showing plugin update notifications, or a plugin has stopped working as expected, we can log in to your site, assess what’s needed, and carry out updates safely.

Payment gateway issues We can help connect or troubleshoot payment methods including Stripe, PayPal, Square, and Afterpay — including issues with API keys, webhooks, and payment errors.

Plugin recommendations and installation Not sure which plugin gives you the functionality you need? We can recommend options and install them for you. We have experience with YITH plugins (extensions for WooCommerce), Mailchimp integrations, and a range of other tools.

General WooCommerce errors If something on your store isn’t behaving correctly, we can investigate and propose a fix.

How ad-hoc support works

Before starting any work, we’ll give you an outline of what we recommend doing and an estimated time. If anything unexpected comes up mid-job that would take longer than quoted, we’ll check with you before proceeding.

For sites not hosted by Jezweb, we’ll carry out an initial assessment before committing. If a site has security issues that could affect the work, we may recommend addressing those first or referring you to specialists who can help.
