What's included in your Jezweb hosting

We aim to keep hosting and support affordable for small businesses. Your hosting plan covers a range of standard support tasks — and some things sit outside that and get quoted before we start.

What’s included

Support

  • Testing that a form on your website is working
  • Adding Google Analytics or other tracking codes

Warranty fixes

These are things we fix at no extra charge if something breaks:

  • Website going offline
  • Server or SSL errors
  • Plugin errors
  • Formatting errors on your pages
  • Screen/device optimisation issues

Email account management

  • Creating new email accounts
  • Updating passwords
  • Helping you set up email on a new device

We’re also happy to provide tutorials so you can make simple text and image updates yourself.

What gets quoted separately

The following requests are outside the standard hosting inclusions and will be quoted before any work begins:

  • Creating a new page or form
  • Adding or updating text and images across multiple pages
  • Custom coding (e.g. a calculating form)
  • Adding products to a WooCommerce store
  • Updating page layout or design
  • Shopify support
  • Social media banner images
  • Print design — business cards, flyers, flags, logos
  • Changing fonts or colours
  • Adding a gallery or portfolio section
  • Connecting forms to Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign
  • Customising existing plugins
  • Adding paid plugins for new functionality
